Intro
If you have been interviewing for a Product Manager role (or have done that in the past), you must have come across product improvement questions.
Today I’d like to share a case study of how I would improve WhatsApp (Assuming I am one of the PMs there). Idea is to present how I would think about the problem and come up with a set of possible improvements along the way. Let’s get started!

Good analysis.
I have a big respect for WhatsApp team. I guess they have their own philosophy around growth. And in in my view its unbeatable so far.
They have been extremely slow but I think they are playing the tortoise in the race. In a world full of advertises, abuse and noise everywhere, whatsapp has been able to leave the temptation out.
Would love to see a post on unconventional decisions by whatsapp (product team) :)
